Although my father loves the idea, let's be realistic, no one should work every day, even if they love their job.(Don't worry, the shop is still open 7 days a week, I just chose to not be there ALL THE TIME). These days I've been super family focused. Growing up in a family business, my siblings and I were together pretty much nonstop. My sister Sam and I ran the Import Market together after college, until she decided that the medical field struck her interest. Now we are slowly learning how to coordinate our schedules, which can be challenging at times, but we are figuring it out. As my older brother Shad is quickly approaching 40 this year, my goal is to help him start his forties healthier than he's ending his thirties. This weekend we hiked his A$$ around Blue Mountain, and although he has told us that hiking isn't really that fun, he never tells us no. I think secretly, he likes his sisters company (as long as we aren't pulling pranks on him). Hope everyone had a great weekend!!!! #importmarket#theimportmarket#missoula#shoplocal#familybusiness#autism#autismawareness#siblingswithautism#familybusiness#family#familystrong#disabilityawareness#open7daysaweek#zootown#keepitlocal
I’m just as excited to be starting this challenge as so many of you!
I just took my before pictures, weighed in and took all my measurements.
I love sharing with you all for accountability and transparency ❤️
A lot of you know I hurt my back in September and have been out of my normal routine since then.
I have been building back up to be able to lift and do all of this with you.
I will have to still modify here and there and I will share those modifications as some of you may need them as well.
I am super stoked to see all your beautiful transformations!
Don’t be afraid to reach out through these next 12 weeks 💛
Thanks for the great program @jamieeasonmiddleton 💛 you sweet friend!
And a big thank you to @leanbodyforher & @labradanutrition for hosting such a great challenge to kick us all into gear this year!
Even though today was technically a rest day I had a great “active rest” day.
Swimming and shooting some hoops with the family.
Just finding my groove again with lifting and yoga.
I still have little aches here and there but my back feels so much better.
Still modifying and being intentional with all my movements.
Grateful for so much tonight.
Much love from Montana ❤️
