Sorry for the lack of posts, went back home for the weekend so not a lot of time on insta... 🙈
Anyway, since it's October, new month beginning, i'm setting some goals for myself..💪
1️⃣ exercise 3-4 times a week - I'm not the fittest person, and being on the bigger size doesn't help, so my aim is just to get my muscles working again, and build up my strength
2️⃣stay on plan 100% - which leads to...
3️⃣ don't beat myself up if I slip up. Everyone has weak moment, and as everyone says, loosing weight isn't easy, and I will go back to my unhealthy eating habits, but as long as I pull myself back, I'll be fine.
4️⃣ and finally... I am aiming to lose 2/3 pounds a week (more would be better), but to remind myself that a loss is a loss, and is one more step away from who I was, and one close to who I will be👋👸🏻
