Personally, i start and end my day with 5 minutes of planking so here are my top tips on how to plank! 💪🏼 #fitnessfridays#dubai30x30
1 - Ears in line with shoulders relaxing head & neck
2 - Shoulders, hips and heels must be in line
3 - Elbow under the shoulder (90 degree bend)
3 - Pelvis held in a neutral position
5 - Squeeze the backside, don't lock the knees
6 - Ankles 90 degrees bend
7 - Brace core, draw belly in, exhale gently
